Got several calls today from this number.  Foreign accented person saying I had registered at a store [hardly likely] and won one of 3 prizes.  Would not get to the point, kept repeating himself.  Said he represented a company called, "D B Something".  Hung up.  Should have hung up faster.

A foreigner accent saying I could win gifts and prizes. Stated that I had signed up with my cell phone number.  That is when I hung-up.  They made multiple calls until I answered but never left a voice mail
