Nope. Not Allied Credit Bureau.
I have been getting a call for over a year from this number. Nobody ever answers the phone or leaves a message. I just contacted Allied Credit Bureau and they denied owning 256 447 1646 or 256 447 1645.

Received call from this number. Caller said his name was 'Chris'. Said he had a personal business matter to discuss with me. Wouldn't tell me what type of 'personal business matter' he needed to discuss. Told him if he couldn't disclose info - do not call me again.
