Not just the appliances!!! Their cell phone too!!! Don't buy LG!!!

LG Electronics.  They called me regarding warranty repair sevice that was preformed on my Computer Monitor.  You can not call this number.

This number called me back after I called them and reamed them out about their inferior products and told them I would make sure I gave them the worst possible ratings at every opportunity presented to me.  We have had nothing but trouble with our fridge and dishwasher since we purchased them.  If we hadn't purchased the additional service agreement with the store we bought them from, we would have been out of some major bucks.....Don't buy LG

I realized what it was after the fact... If you are asked if you want to participate in the survey... you are informed that you will be4 called back 15minutes after the completion of your call...

I agreed to take a survey regarding my call to Customer Service at LG regarding why it's been 150 days trying to get a rebate that was supposed to take 6-weeks.  This number called me back, but I didn't answer because I had just made the mistake of answering a call from some diabetes place.  Lesson to legitimate callers: Say something!  Had you identified yourself as LG, I would have picked up the phone.

It seems to be the LG company. I had called them earlier. They were to call me back for a survey. I did not respond.

I wasn't familiar with the number but after reading that it was the LG Service Center, it made perfect sense. I had my dishwasher serviced under the LG warranty today and am pretty impressed that they're already following up.

This same thing happened to me yesterday.  This number called, and when I listened to my message there was nothing there.  my number is on the Do Not Call List.

Got a call from this number twice in a day and no one was on the other end??

i got one too on 12.19. in the 805 area code,but didnt answer. but if yall say it was lg, then that would follw for me, because i got a new lg phone and called w/ a question regarding it, to verizon and lg.

Caller left no message, but it was only after reading these comments that I realized this was LG Electronics.

This is L.G. service center. They called back, immediately, after my enquiry for warranty service, by my e-mail.

Received a call from this number on my answering machine.  The message asked me (by name) to return a call to 1-800-243-0000 x2093.  I spoke to the lady who left the message and she claimed she didn't have our number (which she had called) in our records.  While waiting, the phone recording advertised LG Electronics including their website LGUSA.com
