My guess is a collection company called Portfolio Recovery Associates. I had to bankrupt a credit card from US Bank, who had turned over this debt to PRA. They shouldn't be calling since debt was discharged via Chapter 7 but they think they can go after my ex-wife now. This is their tactic, call several times from a number that identifies them on caller ID, then they use different numbers that caller ID can't identify, even numbers in your state or city you live in, thinking you will now pick up believing it is not them. They even called my eighty year old parents, demanding that they give them information like cell and work numbers. After 4-5 times, Mom told them to remove their number or she would report them. They stopped calling.

I'm getting the same calls this morning. They have already call 3 times today, and 6 times yesterday! I wish they would stop blowing my phone up!!!! I'm not going to answer so get the point and stop calling!!!!A

Im getting calls from the same number!  Not once, twice, but 3 to 4 times aday!!! I dont answer any calls not programed in my phone and this caller never leaves a message.  Saturday morning and I just got another call from 256 665 9216 !  I dont answer you, so STOP CALLING ME!!!!!
