256 734-4148 has called many times over the past several months.  The caller ID says unknown caller.  I am tired of this number continuing to call my private home and no one ever answers at the other end.

Calls periodically.  Leaves no message.  Shows up on my caller id as "Alabama."

Rang 3 times, no message.  Caller is Debbie Simpson, Cullman Alabama.

Don't call me and ask for money any more. hang up on me, you can go piss in the wind.

I received this call this morning. It is just the "police department" wanting a donation. Although they got my last name right, the got the first name wrong. Evidently they are using phone numbers from the Web instead of the phone book, because I have had the same phone number for years, listed in my name. I get a lot of "junk-mail" in the person's name that must be on their file. The "officer" that called my house seemed to get upset once I couldn't promise a payment of $15 or $20 dollars by next week.

Called around 8:30. Asked for my husband by first name. i said he was unavailable and the male said "Tell him I called." I asked "Who is this?" and they hung up.

They just called me at 8:30pm. They asked if I wanted to donate to their "Woman to Woman" breast fighting foundation. When I said "YES" they made me talk to someone else who repeated back my address. Do you think is a scam?

Wanted me to distribute envelopes in my neighbood that solicits for  charity that "fights" breast cancer.

Call received on 7/24 @ 5:56pm and 7/16 @ 11:34am CST.  Caller disconnects when my mesaaging system answers. This number seems to be related to 256-237-1553 based on similar reports of caller saying they're the police and leading wife to believe husband is in trouble with the law.

Called at 10:27 am. My husband answered and he got a hang up in his ear. If this is the AL Police collecting money again, they only speak to women, is what I have experienced. Perhaps if I answer, I will get a charity hard sell.

(256) 734-4148 called our house at 8pm and asked for my husband by by his first name only and when I said he wasn't here, may I take a message, they said yeah, tell him Tod Dodd called, Alabama State Police...I said this is his wife, may I ask what it's about and he hung up.  I've tried to call back but I get an answering service that says the mailbox is full, call back later.

Called repeatedly over the past several days.  I just tell them to hold on and I put the phone down and wait for them to hang up.  Time is money for them so I figure I am costing them money by doing this.

Called late and didn't leave a message.
