Dont know who this is, never called this Number...rude..keeps on calling me house

I get the same thing:  Caller ID 256-781-4900 "Local Call Back".  It has occurred at least 3 times in the last week.  Always within the 4pm hour.  No mssg ever left.  Just noise like someone on a cellphone with a busy interstate traffic in background (noise).  I would like to track this number down.  I agree, it is extremely annoying.

Caller ID 256-781-4900, 'LOCAL CALL BACK'. Never called this number. This has occured several days with the same caller info. No message ever left. EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
