i had the same problem with them. my alarm went of several times in the middle of the night and they never responded. it was going off due to the phone co. working on the lines. they had instructions to contact me thru my cell phone which i keep right beside my bed. never got a call. i canceled with them too. now they call me one or two times a day.

These calls are from Security Network LLC saying that they need to set up an appointment to service your alarm system. The call back number that was left is 1-888-541-3400 x 610. On the ADT website there was a press release entitled ?ADT SUES THREE ALARM SALESPEOPLE AND TWO COMPANIES FOR UNFAIR AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.? One of the companies was Security Network. These calls are bogus!

Have gotten 2 calls from this number but when I answer the phone no one speaks! They need to stop calling my number I don't know who it is or what they want!

These idiots just keep on calling day after day, week after week. They leave messages on my voice mail, but they've got the wrong number. They keep asking to talk to George. I'm not George! I simply block all their calls, so now all they get is a busy signal. Nevertheless, they keep calling and calling. I just keep on laughing and laughing because they'll never get through! HAHA!

I recieved a call from Tom at 360-529-6165 trying to sell me a home security system.  Later a guy who lives in my area called from 540-710-4228 and wanted to come to my home.  I was told that the compant is Security Networks in Florida.

This company is Security Networks alarm monitoring service....I had their service and had accidentally set our alarm off, no on responded.  After calling them numerous times and being told someone be in touch with us to correct the problem...No one ever followed up and we wondered how long we had been unprotected and been paying for their service.  We had to immediately contact a new service provider to protect our inventory and customers equipment. They had been notified on one of their payment statements that we were canceling the service or lack of service immediately and had also confirmed this with their customer service dept.  They continue to call us several times daily on both land line and cell phones.  I have noticed that I am not the only one that feels this company is a Rip Off, after doing a google search many others are complaining about this group. I have no intention of paying them and may seek past payment be refunded.

3 VM on my cell number, to no avail

My phone has been ringing all day from this same number. it must be on robo-dial. every 30 minutes my phone is ringing.

hello dave thanx for posting this. my phone has been ringing from this number all day today. why are they calling? how do i file with FCC?

I was receiving multiple daily harrassing phone calls from this company from their 406-530-5038 phone number. I sent a cease and desist email to their corporate officers. One hour and fifteen minutes later they began calling from this new number 561-697-9997. This is obviously retaliatory in nature. I urge anyone that recieves a call from this company to file complaints with the FCC.

The company prides itself to have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. You should file a complaint with the BBB of Florida. It takes a couple of minutes to fill out the online form.

Security Network is lauzy company  with low level of management

This female is calling with a message for me to call right away,as there is an investigation on-going that involves me. She is calling my cell phone.
