An Indian man called me and said "I am calling about your windows computer". I said "please take me off this list". He responded "no!". We continued this back and forth until I hung up the phone. Very annoying, and illegal I might guess?

I picked up on the end of the 4th ring, and the automated system just said "Goodbye."

I got a call from this number and it was about something with my computer. I could not understand the person. I asked them to remove my number and stop calling and hung up. I got another call from the same number, but had missed it. When I called it back to tell them to stop calling, it said to go to pinged.com. Annoying is what it is.

Absolute scam says she's calling from Windows Operating Systems Technical Dept from California.  Tells me my computer has been sending malicious messages and to go to my computer.  It will only take 3 minutes and I tell her what kind of nut does she think I am giving her remote access to my computer.  I ended the call telling her that they are the worst fraudsters and hang up. This con has been going on for at least a couple of years.  You will have nothing but misery if you give these people remote access to your computer.  If they call you just tell them you are calling the police, I bet they'll hang up quickly.

this morning 7am female voice Pakistani or Indian accent calling me to talk about my Windows 7 ???   Im using which are all legal  when I ask her to introduce herself and if she knows the name she is talking to she hungup ???
