I got the same call from Frontier. I got a message on my Google voice (transcribed) about a late payment, for an internet service i don't have, and that they needed my credit card information immediately. However, when i replay the audio on the message it's just static. called back and same thing, no ringtone or anything.

8.30 am, woke me up , 1 hour after going to bed, I work late nights, sure would like to strangle them especially as I added my number to the do not call registry just 5 days ago

It's Frontier, calling about a missed payment.

This number came in on my phone as a missed call.  Of course when I tried to call that number, noting happened.  There was no ringing, no automated message, no nothing.  Just dead air.  Weird.
