I am getting the same thing, and I also get the email messages from them.  I am trying to cancel out of the membership, because people don't wipe down the equipment after they are done, and the ladies restroom are very, very, very, dirty.....I feel and find out it is better to do your exerices/workout at home.

Bally is crazy~ this number calls me every night at 7pm , 8pm and 9pm. What are they thinking ~ trying to scare the customers away? Such a stupid movement... I have cancelled my membership with thme two days ago..

I only just signed up for a Bally's trial 2 DAYS AGO and I have not used it yet.  If I'm going to be harassed before I set one foot through their door then no I don't want a membership!

Yeah I'm getting the same problem.  I've gotten called three times today.  Luckily i used an internet phone number so I didn't have to talk to anyone.  I signed up for the trial offer as a cash offer on some website, but now they are stalking me.

Have received six calls now since signing up for a free trial at Ballys

I wanted to do a 7 day trial at Ballys, but changed my mind when I found out the local 24-Hr fitness was way better (more amenities, classes, and it was cheaper). I politely called and canceled my tour of Ballys and this woman who works called me the next day sounded extremely rude that I "missed" my appointment, even though I had cancelled LONG before.  They are calling me non-stop now, I agree that its harrassment.

I'm sick of this. In one day I received 7 calls from this number.
For this reason I will not join Bally's. This is a form of harassment.
My mind is made up I'm going back to 24 hour fitness, they have not done this to me before.
I still receive at least two a day.

If is bally's.... how can we get ride of this calls?

Bally's has been calling me since I filled out info on there website. I was just looking to get a price quote for my area. I received the quote via email (from management). However, the calls do not stop. They are calling after 8pm.

I recieved this call 12/3/08 and 12/4/08.  They wont leave a message. I also did a Bally's Fitness trial.

It is Bally's.  I called them back and asked to be removed from the list.  We'll see if that works.  This is why I hate to give my number out to people!

I cannot verify that the number is Bally's but I did too just recently sign up for their 2 week trial membership and have just recently started receiving these calls.  This makes me want nothing to do with Bally's.

They are calling, and calling, and calling me to sign me up for marathon training because I participated in a marathon 2 years ago.  No thanks, dirty facilities plus the fact that I HATE being bothered by pesky telemarketers.

It's Bally's Fitness they will not stop calling me.

Golds Gym is much better they don't call you at all. I just checked on Bally's when out of town and now the calls don't stop.I will look in to getting them to stop!

I signed up for a free trial months ago. They call me everyday. I stopped answering. No one ever picks up, finally a woman answered and she sounded confused.

It rang twice and hung up for me.  I did a Bally's trial membership yesterday.

I didn't sign up anything.They keep calling me, but nobody answered if I picked it up. From now on when I see any toll free number I will ignore it.

They call me everyday, also. We signed up for a trial membership and they haven't left us alone for a month.

i've only been called twice but i searched this site when i got the second one. turns out they got my number from the 2-week trial thing. after waiting on hold for a few minutes i told them i ended up joining and would to be removed from the calling list. the lady said she'd send it to her supervisor to get taken care of. very shady...

This number always calls me. I had no idea it was Bally's. I became a member in August, but I have no idea they would call and hang up right when I answer. Strange.

I make sense that its Bally considering I'm participating in a trail membership. But no one ever says anything.
