This number appears to be listed to a "Level 3 Communications VOIP" "so-called" entity (scam) out of Fort Wayne, In.  From my own experiences, (as well as other posts), it appears that this number might be related to another Fort Wayne, IN scam # (260) 440-7286.  This latter number had been consistently, illegally calling for a long time, until I blocked it recently.  Now that I have blocked the 7286 #, this new # (260) 494-1137(also Fort Wayne, IN), has been calling consistently for the past few days.  Same scam. You wanna block the number? --- then new a new similar number, but new day.  There are a few apps out there to block #'s depending on whether the scams are coming into your cell phone, (or even your home #, if your phone is linked through your internet.  For those of us that haven't gone "totally cell phone" (like almost everyone else has), GOOD LUCK TO US!!  And for those of you that think that being on the Do Not Call List will work, I could write another essay on that, and already have.  Don't waste your time, as I have.  I would like to have one penny back for every hour I have spent (and wasted) reporting all of the totally illegal phone calls, voice mails, and scams; and further attempting to "figure out" what entity I should contact next, to report all of the infringements of my rights, to.  Laws have already been in place (for many, many years) regarding violations of the Do Not Call List.  But the problem is, none of our lawmakers are enforcing it, to any extent whatsoever.  In short, the "FOX is the only one that is GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE!" Subsequently, that  NEVER WORKS WELL (FOR THE HEN - THAT IS).  It works JUST GREAT for the FOX, though.
