I received this same message on my voicemail. I think the name is Kevin Modeste (sp?). Spammer, and then wants for the recipient of his robo-call to email him to get off his contact list.

Robo call from someone running for congress. The voicemail was yapping about how bad microwaves emmited from all of our electronics are for us and how the gov should protect the public against it. Only problem is they called my cell. No irony in that.

Call claiming to be Home Security, something about dangerous microwaves. Claimed to be from Kevin Modest.

yeah its a political candidate push. Left a vmail but i erased it. Kinda wished i hadn't coz i wanted to know who it was for so i wouldn't vote for them.

Just got a call from this number.  No vmail.

Called me 15 mins ago. No voicemail.

Called my blocked private number at 7 pm and exactly 30 minutes later. No message left. Can't be god I don't know anyone in Indiana.

Called me 2 mins ago !

Call from 260-969-9265 at about 7PM without any caller ID info so I let it go to voicemail.  It ended up being a recorded message advocating a political candidate.  I didn't bother listening long enough to hear which one.

Came in on caller ID as "HOME SECURITY", which means it's probably GE.  They never leave a message & I do not answer, because previous requests to not call have been futile.  They were calling me when we had ADT, but I canned ADT months ago.  You can get quality alarm central-station monitoring for $14.95/month, with no contract, so why in the world so people pay $50. a month!

I blocked this number using my Pro Call Blocker - an overpriced, cheaply-made device that is difficult to operate but does work.  The Pro Call Blocker helps keep up the reputation of Chinese-made products being JUNK.

But enough complaining.
