just got the call from this # and no message left.  On caller ID it states Wisconsin call.  I am on the no call list don't know why they would be calling, I think they hang up because they can't then be fined if they leave no message.

It's a non-profit agency asking for money for a charity.

Received a call from them at my office today, and it is a Wisconsin based phone number with a woman with a Southern accent on the line (sounded like telemarketing in the background) asking for a donation to the Special Olympics

This number constantly calls our phone.  They refuse to leave a message and are not listed in the business directory.  Available records show that it is a private, unlisted land line.  It is thus not a reputable business.  This therefore constitutes a nuisance phone call, and the line holder is then subject to prosecution.  The phone carrier is listed as being Level 3 Communications, LLC.
