this is a wisconsin number that called me at lest 25 times today.

Someone called from 262-653-0166, no voice,no clicks and hung up immediately, didn't leave a message.

Linda w/ E. Indian accent called to sell debt plan with Credit and Debt Assistaince Center of America, Inc., Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, www.cdaca.com. She admitted she didn't check DNC before calling, essentially clueless about how intrusive her calls are.

No message was left. Called my home on June 10 at 4:29pm.

Keep calling mw never left message, caller unknown.  wish they message or how can stop the caller???

Just got a call from this number. It was a man with a heavy accent and he spoke very slowly, almost like talking to a computer. "Kevin" from National Debt Center. He wanted to consolidate my debt, and I don't have any. Not to mention I am on the Do Not Call list. I asked to be taken off of their list and he hung up on me.

Received three phone calls from this number, but had not answered them and when I tried to call back I got a message saying the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.  You could hear back ground noise of people talking.
I am also on the blocked call list, so who ever is calling you will need to stop as you are breaking the law!

Constant Calls from this number and others with the same intention of threatening to take me to court over a debt that is not real. Have talked to security in government agency, he was very polite- he said he would call them and ask them to stop. The calls did stop for awhile. Also contacted local authority- had officer call the guy that left message. The foriegner was very rude to local officer and the calls only got worse. Now we ignore all unknowns, we are on Do not Call list-- that list is a crock-- it does NOT stop these calls

I tried calling back and the recording said that "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service", however, IT DID NOT SOUND LIKE THE THE NORMAL PHONE COMPANY MESSAGE.  IT SOUNDED LIKE A HOMEMADE TAPE RECORDING WITH BACKGROUND NOISE, AND YOU COULD HERE PEOPLE TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND ALSO.  Please someone check this out and have it stopped. Thank you!

This person calls one or ywo times a day.I don't answer this number and they don't leave a message,very anoying as they are running up my phone bill.

Answered this call.  Person said he was John Collins with National Debt Collections. I hung up.

Call came in at about 2:30 CT today (1/6/10). I let the answering machine take it since I didn't recognize the number. No message was left.

This is yet another ph# that calls me and hangs up. There are dozens of other ph#'s doing just the same over the past 12 years.

Folks it's a wave of fraud sweeping our country. I'm concerned our government hasn't done squat to slow it down either.

One company named ILD Teleservices billed me through my phone bill for third party services. Over a period a few years I forced them to take off over $1,000(from my phone bill) for claiming to provide me voice mail services.
Pac Bell & AT&T have been complicit with this scam. I had to force Pac Bell & AT&T, by threat to take them to court, to take the eronious third party billing off my phone bill.

Just got call.  Caller Id said unknown name. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Just received a call from 1-262-653-0166...Very rude foreigner asking about my credit. When I told her to take me off their calling list, she got nastier.  Is this what the financial stimulus $$$s are funding?

Caller was calling a phone that I have on the do not call list.  No ID came up.  Also, caller did not leave a message.

I received the same debt call from these jokers and when I repeated asked to be placed on the do not call list he yelled "F*CK" at me and hung up...

Never had that responce before... but alas I just got another call from them! Urghhh!

I just got this same call, asking about total debt.  A bit disconcerting because I have family in the Milwaukee area.

Just got a call from this number. Actually it is the second time today. Caller ID says Price Esaw. Didn't answer and left no message.

I got repeated calls from (262) 653 0166 number and finally answered one.  It was a woman who sounded like she was from a call center in India.  She said she was from a debt consolidation center and immediately asked how much total debt I had.  I told her that there was a $500 consultation fee to talk to me and asked her if she would like to pay with Visa or Master card.  That went around in circles for a few seconds before a male voice cut in and started swearing at me in an Indian accent.  Then he immediately hung up.  That was the first time I've actually had them swear at me.  I wish I had recorded the call.  It was hilarious.  Hopefully, they call back soon.

I got a call from this number. They asked for the owner of the house. I told them if they don't know the name of the owners they didn't need to talk to us. They called again and I hung up on them. I won't answer again, if they call.

Got call at noon from guy with foreign accent who asked for the "owner of the house".  Just hung up on him.  Just got another call from same phone number.  Didn't answer this time-let the phone message system take care of it.  "He" didn't leave a message.

Have also gotten repeated calls from this number. Concerned me as I have family in Kenosha. Don't know who this caller is. Calls repeatedly, hangs up. Does not leave message.

Same number just called me. I didn't answer but my phone says the call is from Kenosha, WI.  Good thing I didn't answer!  No message was left either.
