My work & my cell phone rang together at the same exact time and I answered my cell phone.  Once he said he wanted to deliver legal papers off to me because I owe money and he continued rambling on I hung up because I knew I wasn't in trouble financially with anyone.

This number rang my home number and cell phone at exactly the same time?? Very odd.
