I talked to them finally after catching the number. They said a name and when I said they had the wrong number they said well who is this? I said none of your damn business and they hung up.

it comes up Starnet Paete comes up on the caller ID. They are calling me all the time also. My husband answered and music played and then nothing!

I have also been gettin calls from this number, I believe they are periodically switching phone numbers also. I've gotten 6 calls in 2 hours. I finally answered the one phone call and all I heard was a bunch of noise and a voice and then they hungup. They haven't called back yet...but we will see.

The number is in PA. It's listed on the caller ID as STARNET PAETE or PAETEC, it's a telecommunications company.
