This folks are obviously without any real business! They call and call using a variety of numbers. Really pathetic. No interest in their offers and really wish they would hassle someone else. Their only success, oh there is none!

I hit "1" to talk to whoever, and the man that pikced up was about as rude as they get. I told him to remove me from the list and he stated that he didnt have a list, I wonder how I got connected to him? hmmmmm, too bad the number is a scam number, I would call it and tie up their lines.

This number keeps calling me, I've pressed one a few times, the very first time I pressed one a man answered. I told him to stop calling my number and that I don't have a mortgage. He asked me who I was and that I need to stop calling his number, that he is trying to run a business... I explained to him in a harsh manner that I was not the one who called him,, that an automated message came on and I pressed one to talk to someone and you were the one who answered... He said "I did not call you and I would appreciate it if you took me off YOUR call list" I replied with " my call list? I'm sitting in my living room and don't want to be bothered anymore, (a few choice words then) and I hung up... This number called me again today and I pressed one and he answered again but I couldn't make out what he said when he answered and when I asked him to repeat what he said he hung up.... I don't know who to talk to but I'm sure he must be a scam artist or identity thief... Too angry for words...

you can only block texts in preferences.  Per sprint they do not have a way to block voice calls.

If they are a mortgage broker they are wasting their time anyway as I own my house and have no mortgage!!  And like someone else said when I try to call it back I get a message that the number is out of service!!  So this number is just what they have managed to show on caller ID but most likely has nothing to do with whomever is making the calls, just another PITA scammer!!

If its an automated system if you pick up and hang up it mistakenly

I got a call from this number today.  When I picked it up it was a pre-recorded message from some unnamed company trying to get me to refi my home with them.  Obviously, these people are all scam because if they were legit and had done their homework, they would have found out I do NOT owe over $100,000 on my mortgage nor am I behind on paying it!  Of course, they offered me the opportunity to get off their calling list by pressing 3 on my keypad, but (1) I don't trust them doing that as far as I can throw them, and (2) my number is on the DNC list to begin with (so WHY then are they calling me????).  Anyway, onto my blocked list of numbers they went!

Another few months goes by and now the baboons have awoken from their long winter slumber - to robo call again and again trying to sell these scam mortgage modification services.

Yes-  this number belongs to a scam artist who attempts to robo-call anyone with a phone in the hopes of being able to rip you off.  

This well worn out scam solicitation is their feeble minded attempt at earning a living at the expense of others.

if u get a subpoena from a law enforcement agency, you can force your carrier to find who is behind these calls, you can take them to small claims court and win up to 1500$ per call, lets get together and sue

I have registered on the "Do Not Call Listing" twice in the last year and I
still get 25-30 phone calls per day. My grand daughter found a solution.
She brought me a referee's whistle and an air horn.  Now when a call comes in that I do not recognise I pick up the phone, say nothing, and blow either the whistle or the air phone and hang up.  Guess what? This stopped the calls.
I am lucky if I receive only one per day.

I have no mortgage and they called my Google number, which has never before been called by telemarketers. I think they are just dialing at random. Oh, and when I pressed 1 to yell at somebody, it was not picked up, went to a recording.

I got a call from these goofballs at least 5 times in the last week, w/ the recorded msg everyone says they are getting. I picked up the call, hit # 1 before the recording finished,  & some guy with an oriental accent says "WHO ARE YOU???" I told him my name, & to take my name & phone # off his list! He hung up before I finished telling him where to go!!!

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.

Multiple attempts to remove my number from their list. Still calling. You press one to talk to a human and they say they can't remove the number.

These people can't or won't be stopped. This number called 3 times just today in 10 minutes but no one spoke and finally I got a busy signal and I hung up. This one is very irritating because so far it's just a "hang up" when you answer. I found out it was "mortgage relief" from complaints elsewhere on this site. Also get "can't be completed as dialed" when I call it. The hangups are likely because their computer auto-dials every possible number and once it verifies it's a good number THEN you will get the sales pitch.

Since no one is able to stop this I think the best thing to do is try to get a person on the phone and lead them on as long as possible. They must be making money doing this so I think turnabout is fair play. The longer you keep them tied up the less time they have to scam someone else. Plus, what they are doing is illegal. That's another reason they hang up so quick when they know you're on to them.

And, since these scum have to be making money off somebody or they wouldn't be doing this, a warning: Don't give any real info to these people or the other scammers that offer "reduced interest on credit card debt". They can steal your ID and then you will REALLY be irritated! Not to mention "You're a special kind of stupid aren't you..." (quote attributed to Sam Elliot)

When I pushed 1 to find out what company was calling me I was told to shut my mouth and push 3 and I would be removed. I received three more called from the same number and I pushed 3 each time. Still not a response from the company. When I pushed 1 to speak to a representative, the answered "national Consumers.." something, they said it so fast I didn't get the name of the company. I am going to find out and file a complaint as they are harrassing me now that I complained and I want a huge fine placed on the company for calling "Do Not Call" numbers.
