JUST GOT THIS CALL 2 X 'S IN A ROW NOW....WHAT IS IT?

Same with most posters - 1/2 ring and a hang up... I live in NJ.

Just got the call, 6:02 pm

The auto answer said I was calling Hey Cosmo... something like that. The line then disconnected.

Just got that same call on my cell which is registered in Washington State... missed call, no voicemail. Pennsylvania...

called my cell & left no message

I missed the call and returned it to get some automated system talking about "pulling up my record" and I hung up before anything else.

Same here - half a ring to my cell phone, then they hung up.  Grrrr.

phone rings twice and caller hangs up the second I answer.

received a call from this number and my phone is registered on the do not call list!

One call received on 10 January from this number. I didn’t answer. No message was left. Could this be someone from the Great Beyond trying to call?  By the way who or what is behind whocallsme.com?

Just got a half ring then hang up(8:25 pm)From the number listed above. Said it belongs to a landline and that it's unlisted, in Norristown PA. I googled it, and ended up here.

Just got one of these also. Looked up the number online and found myself here. Also Googled the website mentioned here and there is a way on there to block your number but of course you have to leave your number and they will call you back...hahahahaha..Riiiiiiiight...I'll do that...NOT.  They are very likely calling numbers to try to get interest in their "service". Bad idea on their part.

I am in Chicago and I have Sprint, anyone else or is it all phone companies?

Same thing in Dallas, Texas.  Two rings, hung up, no message.

Call to cellphone - no message- didn't recognize the number so, I looked it up here.

Just got the same thing in Seattle . . . what's the point?

Just recieved the same call, rang for about 4 seconds, by the time I could get it out of my pocket and see who it was, the missed call screen came up.

telephone rang one time and no msg  ... Who's calling???

Got the same call in Seattle at 6:40 PM on 1/8/10.  It was a couple of rings, then hang-up and no message.

never heard the phone ring but had a missed call. called back, listened and hung up...hope I don't get charged for that!! I then called from my home phone...what did I step into??
