UPDATE: I did some more research and came up with a phone company name called CORE COMMUNICATIONS INC - PA. I don't think that's the name of the person or people that are calling, but maybe it will help to figure who this number really belongs to.

Started calling my cell phone yesterday, and got another call from them today. Didn't bother answering them when they called. However, I did a reverse phone lookup and it says it's a landline from City West-Overbrook-Eastwick-Saratoga-University City, PA. I am not sure who it is though.
