They call me multiple times each day.  If you hit 2 to be removed, nothing happens.  I'm on PA and National no-call lists.  I played along and took it up a level.  They had a franchise salesman call me.  He said they were in Rhode Island.  Free security system if I paid only  $45.99 a month for te efire/police/medical subscriptions.  Said they were better then OnStar.  Wnated to know if I owned or rented.  If anyne was over 50 or disabled.  Eventually I said I made up a name and he said, "So you just wanted to call and talk to me?"  Then he hung up.  I hit *69 to get his number and called back only to get hung up on 3 times.  The last guy swore hitting 2 would remove me from teh calling list.

Next I'll see what phone company owns this number and do a small claim court law suit against them.

I recieve calls from this number weekly.  My number is on the Nat'l Do Not Call Liist.  When they call I press the appropriate number to be removed from their list and they cotinue to call.  I talked to Justin at the number and he was trying to sell me a security system over the phone.  He said they don't have a website for me to check out.  He finally hung up on me.

Scammers, selling fake security systems, claim to be in Rhode Island, but could be anyplace.  Initial call was from another number, checking to see if I owned my house and if I already had a security system, then a second call from a "franchise" company that refers to another company in my local area.

Got a call from this number. Associated with the robo calls from the Security for your home people.
