DON'T PICK UP ON CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.  the operator did not hear me answer and he was laughing about the last person.  it's a scam donation call center - Statewide Appeal.

called this evening. No message.  Caller ID says not available

Same thing. Guy calls, acts like he's my best buddy and says hang on Steven.  I wait and then I hear him talking to somebody else. Then he comes to the phone and starts asking for money for the Doylestown state police. I told him get lost and he argues with me.

Whoever this a***ole is better not call here again and not answer.  I'll press charges.

Someone called my house from this number today, Xmas eve day.  My wife answered and the man said the following:

"If you want to battle me then I am gonna battle you."

Please go to this person's residence and tell him not to threaten random people with prank calls.  We do not know anyone in Doylestown, where this call originated.

So this guy called my house from that number, right? And asked for my mother. So naturally, I asked who it was and what they would like. He responded with. "Is this ____ ____?," and I responded with "No, but I'd like to know who is calling," he stuttered, told me it was none of my business and that he'd call back later. That left me fuming mad. Fuming! So I call back, no answer. "State Wide Appeals." Pft. Who ever they were, is gonna get one big earful from me if they call back.

They called and hung up on me. I called back and got a state wide appeal recording.

They called from this number just a few minutes ago....No message. OF COURSE!!

Received the call, no one on the line.

Called at 4pm this afternoon, dead air on the other end.  No idea who it was.

A person with this number - 267-898-2226 - called my mom's house, asking for me. He told her his name was something like "Jumpin' Jack," and that he'd call back later.  The number showed up on caller ID as coming from Doylestown, PA.

267-898-2226 said in a recording when i called stating he was from statewide appeal....hope when they catch this ----- that he loses his appeal and has a nice long vacation on us taxpayers...

Called me today and hung up.  I called the number back and it was a recording for statewide appeal saying they would call me back later.  I left a firm message stating that if this was a solicitation call that they should remove my number from their list and not call back.

Phone rang once and then reported "Missed Call"

They called from this number just a few minutes ago.The caller ID said "DOYLESTOWN" as in the town with the same name in Pennsylvania.

Called today, left no message.  Thanks to the previous comments here, I've added this # to my "Blocked Calls" list!

PHONE # 267-898-2226 - @8:15pm  caller i.d. identifies the # as from Doyalstown, PA.  Male voice on other end seems unsure of his "afilliation" of who he's calling for as he identifies self as being from  POLICE association. I'm Skeptical as "Doylestown" is a long way from here, I immediately inform  him I'm not interested. He becomes argumentative, talking over top of me & insists that I am definitely interested.
I inform them I do not wish to receive their calls- he calls me a liar while laughing. I again inform him while he's talking over top of me, that I do not want them to call here again, I inform him that I have their phone number (he goes silent),that they have now been informed, what ever list they have my number on - they have to remove it & are not to call here again.

Guy calls, asks for me by first and last name.  I ask who is calling please...he says "Well are you so-and-so?"  I say "I am asking you who YOU are calling MY house".  He replies "I'm Allen something or other".  And I say "And WHERE are you calling from?"  He says, "Is this so-and-so or what?"  I am FUMING now....finally he tells me he is calling for State Trooper donations with a huff, sigh and attitude.  I told him I will never donate to any organization who has idiots working for them and won't address who they are upon ringing my phone.  Naturally, he slammed the phone down on my ear.
