This caller is a "one ring scam" from the carribean.  It charges your bill $20 to call and $9 for every minute after that.  DON"T ANSWER!  AND DEFINITELY DON'T CALL BACK!

Got a call from them at 630am CST.... I was sleeping so I didnt answer. I did call the number back eventually (with a private number and I have scammer blocks through ATT) it says it was an active number

Ditto...saw Antigua/Barbuda and just knew it had to be a scam.  they called once and hung up. i did not call back.  cant someone report this number to stop them.

I recall a list of numbers in the 800 category that allow the caller to use you number from their phone once you answer their  original call, and I believe that this is one of them. I read the comments from two other people that get the same thing that I do  when trying to return this call. For the first time in 5 years my cell phone minutes were used up, and I paid extra for the over time use of my number.

Phone rang once each day... ! Scam

Got a call around 4 A.M from this exact Same number good thing I was sleep. I woke up to use the restroom and noticed the missed call.  Never seen that area code before so I Googled the number and found that dozens of people are getting calls from the same number.

Got a call this morning from this number and one last night with no caller I'd.

either dave, joan and rebecca are the same person or they are masters at copying and pasting (bad) posts.

Certain this is a stranger at best and scammer at worst. Called me at 11pm. No one I know would call this late because I've been working first shift and get up at 4am.

They keep calling...we do not answer. Sometimes it is another number with just one different number.

Same here...got a call from 2687620031 and rang once then disconnected.  As per the other comments...I won't be calling it back. Seems that maybe Verizon has been HACKED...not good.

Just got a call from this number. Did not answer it and did not call back. Have had a lot of weird numbers lately. Verizon said not answer and don't call them back.

2687620031 called around 3:00 pm US Central Time. It rand twice and gone!

This number called me today at 3:48 PM. I have no idea who it was so I did not answer, but I am seeing other people are having the same issue.

I too received a 3 ring missed call on my cell.  Came here and posted after reading the other posts.

I just got a call from this number.  They hung up after a few seconds without saying anything.

This sort of thing has been going on for years, long before the problem at Target.  Our family has several numbers in order, and it's common for us to get calls in order on them, as if the scammers are just calling every number in that prefix.

Got a call at 1:40 pm today 1/27..rang once... did not call back,it is from the Caribbean and will cost a lot of money if you call back.
