I got a call last night from 268-762-0159, then another just now from 268-762-0023, which stopped after 3 rings. I didn't answer and will look into blocking, but it looks like they're using many numbers to pull scams.

Got a call from this number at 11:53pm... Not a number i know.... was in the other room when our came in... my husband is a long haul truck driver but since there was no message to call someone back and he had been parked all day knew it wasn't about him.

Yes this is a scam! Do Not Answer or Return A Call From This Number! - Here is the deal. It is a womans recorded voice claiming you are entered to win a $1000.00 Walmart or Target gift card. As part of this call they will give you a pass code. To win you must give them this pass code when they call you back. In a almost subliminal way you hear a male voice say "superman". For every minute you stay on the line you receive an additional 5 entry's. You are encouraged to listen repeatedly and call back as many times as you can to receive the maximum number of entries.
It is obviously a billing scam.

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada, Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

I have been called by this number 2times. If you have your cell company block the number, they just use a different number and it continues on. It's getting old. I dont answer, some calls at midnight. I had my cell blocked so it will not call out international calls, so if its a hack they can't call out of the us with my phone.

Got this call this morning at 9:30. Knew it wasn't anyone who knows me, I was at work, friends and family know I won't pick up. I don't pick up if I don't recognize the #. I don't use credit cards or debit cards at Target so, pretty sure it had nothing to do with that issue.
