couldn't understand

Had 2 calls, SAME PERSON, 2 diff. numbers, called used a voice distorter both times. Mentioned we were 3rd place winner because we sent his company a certified check. I hung up!  Man called back immediately from a THIS NUMBER (above) and said "I know you're home, pick up NOW, I KNOW you are home, pick up the phone!!!! Man kept repeating in angry voice "Pick up the phone"  however there was a CHILD in the background crying!!!!!  After we hung up, we called back and he answered in a "normal voice" but once I id'd myself, he used the voice distorter again.  We hung up!!!  Will notify police.
