My calls match those above; I am on AT&T. No Caller ID shows up; I got the 4 questions regarding debt. The Person stated they are with Purchasing Power Solutions and that they work with Mastercard/Visa to drop your rates.

This # has called our land line 4 times in the past two days. I was home last night to receive the call, when I picked up and asked to be removed from the list the lady was extremely rude and insistently asked to speak to my husband. I never even got to why she was calling before she hung up on me - I tried calling back but the phone doesn't even ring, it just goes straight to the pre-recorded, "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please try your call again later." I'm submitting a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.

Complete scam artist. File a complaint with the Do Not Call listing with the federal gov.. The more complaints they get, the faster they will go after these bottom feeders.

Received 3 calls today from this number within a 3 hour time span. The first call I answered and nobody was there. The other two calls went to the answering machine and no message was left. Annoying, annoying, annoying.
Attempted to call this number - recording saying "your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try your call again later."
Yeah. I'll do that!

I've received four calls from this number today. Three of them I missed, and they didn't leave a message. The fourth I caught ? but there was no-one on the other end. I tried calling the number myself, and got a "this number could not be reached at this time" message

The caller ID said James Smith. No message was left, and after reading the above comments, I'm glad I didn't have to deal with it.

The bozo's name associated with this telephone number is a 'James Smith'. I got this information off of my digital telephone. He called my telephone number three times on Monday, October 24, 2011 - at 07:01 p.m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time; at 04:54 p.m.; and at 02:26 p.m.. The bozo did not leave any message on all three telephone calls. This is just rude!!

They start calling at 9:00 am and they just keep calling . They leave no message, etc. Please stop calling .... This is harressment. We are on the do not call list.....

Claims they can lower your interest rates. asks 4 questions to see if you qualify for the program, 1. is your credit card debt greater than $7K? 2. Is the interest between 5 and 10 % or more like 15 - 20% 3. do you think it will take you more than 12 months to pay off your credit cards? 4. Just how much do you think your credit card debt is...10K-15K? 15K-20K? 20K -30K? If you qualify the manager will call you back within an hour to tell you more about the program. I am skeptical.

Caller claimed to be doing a survey. As soon as I heard them say that and without identifying a business name, I softened my voice as if to say the connection was weak, before ensuring she had the volume on the computer turned up (due to spoofing) and then grabbed my whistle and blew it hard into the mouthpiece. Whilst she began complaining about her ear to her partner in crime on her end, I hung up laughing.

Call originates from Edwardsburg, Michigan. It's a cell phone, so owner's name doesn't appear.
Calls then hangs up when answer machine picks up! A scam no doubt!

phoned, my husband answered, the male asked for me but when my husband said I was not available and offered to take a message, the male caller said no message and hung up!! Obviously another scam of some type. Beware. The caller does not know my husbands line of work so he is taking it to work with him tomorrow and will trace it down. We dont tolerate such crap!!!
