I had my debit card number stolen recently and many charges were made on my checking account through web orders on my card.  This card has been deactivated and is now unusable.  These people LV Water started calling my home phone about a week ago regarding a recent order, (yeah right) and wanted me to confirm the last four digits of my stolen card number and address.  My husband finally took the call because they were calling so much and told them they are not getting info, and we did not place an order with anyone.  I am glad he still has my stolen card fresh in his mind and told them off and hung up on THEM.  
I would like to know where to report these people to because i still want the people/person who stole my card to get caught.  
Although the bank refunded all the almost $3000.000 charged to my account, I want these people to be held accountable for the thefts.

Hey Watchout. Same thing here, they wanted to confirm my order, which I didn't make. My credit card had also been compromised and was canceled two months ago, and now were trying to get me to confirm an order. On the caller ID it said "L V Water Deliv". When I said this sounds like a scam they hung up.

I have been receiving these calls for a few days. Caller I'd says LV Water Delivery. Answered last night and connection was bad. Got same story about Vista Services - wanted to send me gas rebates. I hung up; they called back twice today. Answered once and told them it was a wrong number. Will have to check my credit card statements!

I have been receiving many phone calls a day for the last few days from this number.  They did say they were calling about a recent credit card purchase on my visa.  I told them I am not interested and hung up but they continue to call me.  Now I just don't answer the phone but it rings off the hook.  It's driving me nuts!!  I did not provide them any information other than when they called they asked if I was so and so and I said yes.  Stupid me.   It was very noisy in the background.  Must be a large scam business.  Don't fall for this scam.

Be careful of this. They talk fast and all of a sudden I am verifying my zip code. The last 4 digits of the card was my debit card. Now that is scary. I canceled my card, and ordered a new one.

I received the same call. What makes me mad is that I verified my zip code. The card number they gave me was my debit card, and I use it as a credit card sometimes. All I have to do is punch in my zip code. I called and canceled my card and ordered a new one.

I got 3 missed calls from this number today! I tried answering it once and as soon as I did they hung up on me.  I said hello 3 times and when I looked at my phone after hearing nothing I had been disconnected.  I don't even have a Visa card, so if what the others wrote is true, I don't know how I got on this list... all my credit cards are Mastercard.  I may see if Verizon can block the #, I think they can.  Wicked annoying and I am going to make sure I do not answer it again

What scares me is they said the knew I had just used a specific credit card...I immediately changed my password...is privacy really becoming extinct?

Received calls several times during day and night. I finally caught a man on the phone. Very rude and nasty individual claiming I had ordered something on my credit card.  There were other people in the background.  I told him I did not and that I would check it out with my Credit Card Company. Then hung up. I didn't allow him to get his scam going.

I also have been getting calls from this company, LV Water Delivery #1-269-477-2151 several times a day.  Never once do they leave a message and when you call back you get a recorded message about confirming an order.  I figure if it was that important to call, they'd leave a message.  This is obviously a scam job.  If you call and press "3" to have your number removed it will then give you an option to listen to how you can contact a represntative.  Sounds promising, right?  Wrong.  It gives you the number 1-866-217-6866 and yep, you guessed it, it's a dead line.  I plan on calling my home phone provider to let them know about this caller to have them added to the "scammer, please block" list.

I am also on the do not call list. I actually tried to answer their first call today, and no one there. They called 3 more times today within 30 minutes. Never leave a message and hang up before I can answer. They must be hoping I'll call back. FatChance!!!!

They started calling me two days ago and I havent picked up any of the calls. Ironically they called me for the fifth time today as I was on this site finding about the number. I can't wait for them to call again so I can lay into them.

I was called by my name ,when I asked who is calling she said she was conforming a delivery,
I said again who is calling, she said is this Sue? and quickly hung-up.
I am not expecting any delivery

Stupid people... I would never answer a call that is unidentified.  This should be illegal!

These people have been calling me all week!  I ordered a shark steamer about a year ago and the automatic magazine renew system just renewed these magazines i did not want.  I canceled the magazines, was refunded by magazine company, and now these people are trying to steal my money! I just reported them thanks to this blog! Thanks!

Wow, they're really busy yesterday and today! I'm getting calls in Georgia. Shows up on ID as LV Water Deliv, but calls disconnect when answering machine picks up. I called back & got message "You have reached the order confirmation dept. We are trying to reach you to confirm your recent order." I suggest you all do what I just did. I called the government Do Not Call toll-free number (888-382-1222), which gives you an option to report violations of the Do Not Call list. Be prepared to report the phone # they are calling from, the name that shows up on your caller ID (or name they give you verbally if you actually speak to someone), and at the end you have 30 secs to give any other information that will be helpful.

The caller ID came up LV Water Delivery and yes it was Vista Services.They are selling memberships to Smart Shopper Savings.At the end,they want to send you coupons and you pay $3.95 for shipping costs.i figured this was a way to get my credit card information over the phone.NO WAY!!

I recieved 3 calls from this # in one day!
I'm not going to answer it,they never leave a message.
I keep hopeing they get the hit & maybe go away, if this keeps up I'll get my husband to answer..he'll be nicer than I will.

I signed up on the no call list for telemarketers and still get several calls.  I have caller ID and don't answer, but still aggravating.  This particular number has been calling 3-4 times each day.

I have gotten 3 calls from this number in the last 3 hours...here in Ft Lauderdale FL. I haven't answered so far but out of curiousity I googled the number and this site is what I found. If it helps anyone I just bought a ZUMBA workout dvd 2 days ago over the phone and that's when this number started calling me, the b*****ds! I had such a bad feeling in my stomach when I ordered the zumba as they kept prompting me to get more things. I kept saying no but I think this is where this number is getting my info. Will triple check my credit card statments the next few months....this sucks.

This is definitely a scammer - they kept calling and calling. I called them back (DUMB) and they gave me a song and dance about the fact that I had used a Master Card and I was selected for being a good customer blah blah and they gave me the last four digits- oddly a Mastercard that was just closed due to fraudulent activity!!! Something about $125 worth of gas cards and they had my address. I went into Verizon and blocked their number. They called about 5 or 6 times.

They have been calling me for a few days now. I read lastnite that they have others credit card number so today I answered the phone.  The guy said he is from Vista Services and was calling to offer me $125 worth of coupons since I made a purchase with my credit card.  He gave me the last 4 digits of my credit card and and told me what kind of card it was. He said that I used this card to make a purchase in the past year.  There has only been one unusal purchase that I have made in the past year and that is with one of those work from home places.  I live in a small town and am limited to where I use my card.  I even checked my bank statement and that is the only unusal purchase.  Well, as he was talking I ran into the kitchen to check my bank card to verify the numbers he gave me. By the time I got back (about 30 seconds) he had hung up.

They called me twice today, the second time I picked up.  A guy intro'd himself as a rep from Vista in the order confirmation dept.  He asked for me by name and I asked why are you calling her, she didn't order anything?  He asked if I was me and I repeated that 'she' didn't order anything.  He informed me that as a complimentary something or other for something i had purchased they were sending me a bunch of gas cards.  i said we don't want any gas cards.  He got mad and said whatever and hung up on me!  I hadn't even begun to piss him off, I had some funny stuff to ask them to send me instead!  He just made me feel way better about my job!

At least I feel better about who it is that is trying to reach me so badly.  I did not pick up either of the calls in the last hour from this number.  I too ordered off the internet one of those products you see advertised on TV about 2 weeks ago.  Now I am sure this is how they got my info.
