This is a SCAM call. After repeated calls and voicemails, I finally answered their incoming call and spoke to someone from "Account Services". After their pitch about working with Visa and being able to lower my rates, she asked for my info. I asked what company she was with. Her reply: "Account Services". I said "with what COMPANY?" She hung up.

As always, if anybody calls and wants your info, NEVER give it to them. If it is somebody you do business with (like your bank), hang up and call them back at a number YOU know is a valid number for them.

Do not call my cell phone again....

The identify themselves in a prerecorded message as "Account Services" trying to imply you have an account with them.  It is a credit card.

Do like I did and file an FCC complaint at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.

Let's figure out who they are and sue them in small claims court. They hung up on me when I asked to be taken off of the list.

Received a phone call to my cell phone from this number.  I answered it but no one spoke, no automated message, nothing.  Just dead space.  I hung up after about 10 seconds.  The call routed without any international dial codes in front of it.

I requested to be removed by patiently calling them back and pressing 1 to enter my number.  They have not contacted me since.  I don't get very many 'spam' calls to my cell so I would know if they were passing my number out to 3rd party services.  I do not believe they are.

Automated call requesting press 1 to continue. Call does not identify company. It does however call themselves acount services for "your account."  The second time I got the call I pressed 1 and asked to be removed from the call list to which they responded with a loud click.

No, they don't.  They also give you a bogus 555 number to report problems.   Someone needs to file a complaint with the status Attorney General's office.  Most states have an online form.  If they get a dozen or so complaints, someone will pay them a visit and shut them down.

Automated call about lowering my intrest rate. I had to press 1 to speak to somebody. I asked him for the name of his company and his response was card services. I asked him if he knew that he was in violation of the national do not call registry. He acted like he did not know that he was in violation. I told him that I would be reporting him.

Repeated calls regarding lowering interest on credit  cards, after waiting for operator and explaining situation, they hang up.  This has happened four times despite appearing on the do not call list.

Got a call on my 80 year-old mothers phone last night from these jerks.  (she has recently suffered a stroke & doesn't comprehend spoken words very well)  If ~I~ wasn't there she would have answered.  Anyone who has a CID of "DISCONNECTED", "TENNESSEE", "MICHIGAN", ETC., cannot be trusted.

I answered in Spanish (my default response for unknown numbers outside of my area)... there was no response.

I got a call from this # an hour ago. No voice message left.

I do not answer these calls but they are irritable and harrassing

Unsolicited business call - they can lower my rates on something. I just hung up on them. So much for the "Do Not Call" list stopping these dirtbags.

My research shows that this telephone number is leased to Lucre, Inc (www.lucre.net).  Lucre in turn has assigned the number to a company named Vista who in turn has assigned the number to Ameritech Michigan.  Ameritech Michigan is listed in public records as an AT&T company.  Since the telephone call I received mentioned lower credit card interest rates, I am going to presume that this was a telemarketing call on behalf of Citibank because Citibank is the issuer for AT&T's Universal Credit Card.

Received a call from this number just a few moments ago. On my caller I.D. it said Disconnected. I picked up the phone but didn't say anything and there was nothing but dead air so I hung up.

Received call from this number today on my work cell phone.  I do not know how they recvd the number.  The call starts out with an automated message about lowering your interest rate on credit cards.  I pressed "1" and was transferred to a fast-talking male.  I asked him which credit card company he represented and he stated that his company represents them all.  I then asked him for the website address so that I can do some research and verify the legitimacy of the "service" that he claimed to provide and he quickly hung up the phone at this request.  DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RESPOND TO CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER OR PROVIDE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO THESE CREEPS.  This apperars to be a huge crime ring... similar to the Nigerian money scheme.

I called them back because I was expecting a very improtant call found out it was a telemarketer.  when I did; it was automative and told me to enter the number I didn't want them to call again, so I did and she said I am sorry I didn't recieve or understand that please enter that again, so I hung up and pu ti on line so people would know....
