I received a call from that number on my caller id and I was determined this time to transcribe the message and I had to press the repeat button on my answering machine many times to transcribe the message.    I hope I got it accurately transcribed.

"Hi, this is Dave Brooks calling on behalf of a certified non profit agency. You may recall receiving a letter stating that you hve been approved to consolidate your credit cards down to low as 1.5% intererst and this is not a new loan. Again, you have been approved by a non profit agency. In order to lower your interest rate before the next billling cycle, I do need to find out what your cuirrent balances are so if you can, please have your statements ready when you call. My number is 1-800-321-2907 and again my name is Dave Brooks and you can reach me here until 10:30 PM."

Same as above, caller ID registered 269-768-2311, I called it and got ``unable to complete your call as dialed at this time.'' Called the 800-321-2907, a woman answered, I informed her she was in violation of Do Not Call law and to not ever call my number again. She muttered something and I hung up. These telemarketers, in violation of Do Not Call, using up my cell phone time, need to be hunted down and put out of business.

I got a message on my answering machine today, typical of what I usually get on my answering machine concerning lowering your interest rates and this time I made my mind I was going to transcribe and maybe possibly post it for everyone to see.    Here's one of the messages:

I had the same informal message from Dave Brooks telling me that I have been pre-approved and I need to give them statements so they can go ahead and lower my credit card debt.  I just need to call back 1-800-321-2907 before 10:30 and get this going.

Received a call on voicemail. Message said discuss lowering your rates call me at 1-800-327-2907, again my name is Dave Burks (or Brooks). That is all it said and it started as if he had already been talking when it started recording.  I called the number, a woman answered and she said they reduce high interest rates. I told her they were calling the wrong number, she said thank you and hung up - but never asked me my number.

I recieved call from 269-768-2311 around 8:30 a.m.- lady on recording said CORP WIN?(OR WYNNE ARKANSAS?)Something about health insurance for pre-existing conditions,told me to press one to speak to agent.Agent, a man, said something but I interruoted him.I told him rightaway that I was dieing from cance, osteoporosis, heartdisease had no bank account & was on medicaid. no money,nocredit card.He quickly said he was sorry about that, hoped I got better, have a good day & hung up. TELEMARKETER? OR INFORAMATION GATHERING SYSTEM? I called back11:30 a.m. and got recording: the number you have dialed is temporarily not in service-3,switch 322!

Same mentions of "non-profit organization" and "have statements"
ready when I called the 800 number.

Got a call from 269-768-2311. Left a pre-recorded voicemail. The message started as: "...again you are pre-approved by a non-profit org, please have your statements ready and contact me, dave brooks at 800-321-2907."

Denied having any relationship with "Mortgage Center" after reviewing the junk fax, yet they were listed as lender on my Experian credit report after I applied with "Mortgage Center." Amanda Smith lost ALL interest in investigating the junk faxes after I provided her with the inquiry on the report. This is the outfit operating "Mortgage Center" -- the unlicensed junk faxers who ran my Experian credit as DANA CAPITAL.

Mortgage Center originally was in Phoenix, then moved in with Pacific West in Chino Valley. The Pacific West DRE broker of record is Antonio Veluz Nanadiego. He claimed to have told them to "stop the faxing."

Rather than terminating the Dana Capital Group credit reporting account in response to my fully documented request, NCO started to COLLECT a FICTITIOUS DEBT!

They demanded my SSN and will get the summons. I am going to request that the CRAs terminate the NCO credit reporting account as they are obviously not qualified to be a reseller.
