This "caller" is a recorded voice on a machine which claims to be "MCS", says that we are overpaying interest on credit card accounts, and tries to get the recipient to press a number, presumably to connect with a live sales pitch. It has now called three times, and is clearly a scam.

Got a call from this number... the number showed up in call display. Ignored the call and they did not leave a message on the machine
