Calls multiple times daily but hangs up when the call is answered.  Very annoying.

This call keeps coming in and he seems to be a big scam.  The call comes through numerous times, then when you finally answer, it is some odd ball sales guy.  I have told him numerous times we are not interested, he will not stop calling, continues to waste your time with some sales pitch and then hangs up in middle of conversation.
