I had a pay day advance that I couldn't pay back.  And the number called me stating that he had court papers for me to appear the very next day.

I got a call from this number saying he had papers to serve me for court! I asked was he an officer and he avoided the question twice and then finally said he was a sales associate. He then told me that failure to appear would be a charge against me and that he couldn't verify my address. SAD!

My dad got a call from this number and they were rude to him and said that i had a warrant for my arrest from an area i used to live in. I have had this done several times before from different areas. I always threaten to sue them if they ever call back.. and it works... I tell them that I have reported them to the FBI and the better business agency and they dont ever call back.
