Definitely a phishing site.  None of the links in the fake Mastercard site work; the header is just a PNG graphic.  It forwards to mastercard.us after the info is entered.

I received the following text message from 270-681-3042:

"Your card has been suspended (American Savings FSB debit cards suspended)! To reinstate your card go to your personal link http://uranai-c.3919.com/MASTERCARD"

The above link leads to a BOGUS site that asks for your credit card number in order to STEAL IT!  If you remove the "/MASTERCARD" from the link to go to the main page of the site, it leads to a site for a Japanese fortune teller.  Below is a link to the translated site:
