Yea I ignored these calls and it went on my credit, after this they verified my employment and now Im getting a wage garnishment. I had a friend that went to jail because the collection agency ordered through the courts a deposition at their attorneys office. Well he didnt show so the attorney reported it and the judge took a bench warrant out for his arrest. 2 months later he got pulled over for speeding and they arrested him because of the bench warrant. I take this seriously now because of that.
