These were very rude people.  Insisted on asking me for my social security number and that they were calling for a bank that I do business with.  When I ask what bank, they got rude with me and told me that I needed to give them my social security number. I wouldn't and I just hang the phone up on them.  They have called back 3 times now, I just keep hanging up on them.

Unsolicited call.  It rang once and they hung up.  Very bothersome.

I began receiving calls at work, they would not verify who they were and why they were calling until they verified the last four of my social and when I would not verify the last four they desperately asked for the last two. My manager had to get nasty with them to let them know this is a place of business and then the calls started rolling in on my cell, so I continue to block the numbers as they come in. I don't know what call type it is because they wont verify any info with me until I verify my social.

they called me and said i owed woodforest bank money. i told them that i have never borrowed any money from any bank and my credit score wouldn't let me borrow a nickel so how do i owe a debt. i did have an account a few years ago but closed it out with a zero balance. when i switched banks cause they were charging me excessive fees. so to pass along info this is a scam. i to asked for a mailed detail and they hung up. so here is is the CEO of woodforest bank info. all that recieve these calls are encouraged to call and complain to him.Robert E. They call constantly. It's a debt collector from Woodforest bank. I'm currently unemployed and have 3 kids to support. They told me that paying off a debt is MORE important than feeding my kids. I've called the company to complain, but they still call and harass me.

I recieved 2 calls back to back and then called them back they refused to tell me exactly who it was that i was speaking to. they were except that they were a bank calling about my accout. Now i used to work for the credit bureau and i can tell you this contact the consumer financial protection bureau with these complaints and let them know they are harrassing you. the website is consumerfinance.gov launch a complaint through them.

If guess asking them what they are wearing and being very forward worked because they haven't called me back.

These people have been harassing for about a week. I told the guy that I was not working but had every intention of paying what I owed. I could not make a commitment to pay with no income. So the a** tells me to find someone to borrow the money from. So I asked him. He said no and I hung up.

Received a call from this number with the same thing.  They wouldnt talk to me unless I verfiy my address.

I just got a call from these idiots.  They guy told me to that I owed them no problem I do.  They will not stop talking.  They think they are better than the people they are talking to.  Well news for these fools we are better than them. They are rudest people I have ver met.  If they talk to me like this and I am a guy I can imagine how they talk to women.  I told the dude to **** off and dont call me again.  they are not getting nothing from me.

I just received a call from this company. Rude is not the word, they had the nerve to tell me I should have put off paying my rent to pay them. Something about WoodForest Bank and I know I do not owe this bank anything. This is the second call that they have made to my home and this time I just hung up the phone.

I have gotten three calls form them now. The first time I told them to put the information in writing and send it to me and not to call again.  I did receive an email...a BLANK email.  Then they called on Monday, Feb.25th.  I told them that I had told them previously not to call and they were now in violation and I hung up.  These morons refuse to listen and called me again this morning.  I hung up on them again.  I will file all necessary paperwork against these guys.  I got took for almost $1,000 by two agencies like this and I will not have it happen again. They are rude and clearly have no understanding of the laws.

I have no problem what-so-ever in paying my debts.  But PROVE to me that you owe the debt.  Period.  I am not going to blindly give my information to anyone anymore.  I encourage anyone who has had a run in with these idiots to file whatever needs filed and get those complaints in.

They called for my son the USA ARMY SOLDIER. I explained he wouldn't be available for months and she treated me like I was a liar. Its ashamed I have been with Woodforest National Bank since they started business in the 1980's  in a town called Northshore, just east of Houston, TX.
The bank is actually named after its community it started in. The community that gave birth to the very beginning of now this large bank. The community was named Woodforest,  we even have a Woodforest Blvd. I remember running a family business and having close ties to the Management of the bank. Our business & our name use to mean something to this bank.

Got a call from them on Friday.  I agree with Tia it was harassing.  They are very rude and very threatening.  They will be reported for the poor customer service skills.

Called about Woodforest Bank. I've talked to those ppl in the past. They are rude almost to harassment everytime. They're poor customer service skills is why that debt will be paid last.
