William Barnes said he received an arbitration matter regarding me and that a Court hearing is to be issued to either my work or home address. Need a statement from my attorney or myself regarding this.

Collector posed as William Burris trying to collect on payday loan.

Caller  stated I owe on a payday loan .

I got the same call from 276-546-8410 william burns..... saying he had check fraud with me,   the calle2 family memebers with similar but different stories on the facts, said thesheriff was out looking for me.

someone called from this number, said his name was investigator william burns.  said that a person i work with was involved in a check scam,  and that the sheriff department was on there way here.  i tried to call the number back and it said restricted.  i have had someone call here before with the same message, but different phone number & person.  i looked that one up on line & it is a scam.
