If the company is not licensed to lend in your state contact the Attorney General's office they will want to know the company name you originally took the loan from and the amount of the loan as well as the interest rate.  I think if they are not licensed the loan is not legitimate.

I live in NM and had a loan with Weatern Skies/casually and now Delbert I have paid the original loan and continue paying. I just sent a complaint to the state attorney general. I'm hoping some sort if ruling is made in my state. I have no problem paying them interest on the loan I took out but when you start paying it five fold plus that is criminal. I realize it was foolish of me to take the loan but I did and now I want justice. I did find out that western skies didn't have a license to be in NM does  this void the loan? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

These 'people' have DOZENS of phone numbers all over the US. You will probably continue to receive calls from the pains in the @$$

recieved call they were hunting someone that had my cell number more than 5 yrs ago. When I called them back they ask for your loan number and social security number. I ask them to remove my number yesterday. They just called again. So Mr. Number will be taking their calls unless they call from a different number.

Not sure why they are calling.  Dialed their 877 983-3523. number but will not give me any info unless I give a loan number or my social. ...  NOT happening.  

Received calls from this number and several other states (including California).  Oregon successfully sued Western Sky and the ruling includes quite clearly that any/all subsequent owners of said loans fall under the ruling.  Personally I was informed by the State Atty General's office that all I had to pay back was the ORIGINAL amount received INTO MY ACCOUNT, which I have done as of last month.  They have been advised as such and continue to call from various numbers around the U.S., and mostly fail to ever leave a message.  At this point I am recording all attempts as they are logged on both my cell and home phones, and reporting to both the State of Oregon Atty General's office and the Consumer Protection division on a weekly basis.  They are in fully in breach of the state ruling and from what I understand, will be fined for each call beyond the one that I informed them about needing to contact the State Atty Gen'ls office, and to contact me no further.  Trust me I never would have went with such an outrageous loan if I didn't have a horrible set of circumstances converge all at the same time with NO OTHER options -- and now that the ruling has passed and they are to cease contacting me, it appears they will not give up without a bit of nudging from the state.

This is Delbert Services, one of many companies that are fronts for Westen Sky, Cash Call, etc. They are the same companies. They are being sued by several states and Western Sky has ceased operations. Their sister company Delbert Services is now skirting the law and operating as a collection agency. This may be illegal depending on the state you are in. But please, file complaints with the state Attorney General's Office.

They bought loans from cash call and western sky's

Had five calls from them so far this afternoon/evening: 4:06, 4:46, 6:09, 7:22, 8:53. No message was left until the last call which said: "Our toll free number is (877) 983-3523. Out office will be open from 5 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time today. Thank you." Looking up the 877 number gave me Delbert Services Corporation, apparently a collection agency. I've never heard from them before. Why would they be calling from a Virginia area code?
