Unscrupulous and up to no good. No justification for their criminal intent except starvation of their children, themselves.

A man with an Indian accent called my cell phone from this number and said he represents some company by the name, "Home Design & Finance" or something to that effect. (I never heard of them.) He asked 4 me with my full name & as soon as I asked him where he got my info from, he responded by saying, "from our sources...," & when I pressed him further to divulge that source, he then laughed & responded, "Okay sir...," & then immediately hung up the call.

Several reverse phone look-ups reveal that this number appears to be invalid or outside the U.S.
