Same here, keeps calling my cell phone over and over - but if I call back.  Always busy.

This number calls me several times a day, never leaves a message, and when I try to call it back it is ALWAYS busy.

This number keeps calling me 4 - 8 times a day for a week now. It only rings on my phone for about 2 or 3 rings before it hangs up. When I answer it I'm immediately hung up on, and then they proceed to call me right back. I have blocked this number as of today, but  I'm curious if anyone else has received these annoying calls from this same phone number.
