This woman claimed to be from the "Legal Assistance Department" for GMC, and yes, she wanted to sell me an extended warranty for $3,600!!!  I told her to take a hike (by telling her I was NOT interested).  She hung up on me.

These people are foolish and operating a foreign call center.  Do not answer; waste of time.

You can complain all you want....it will make you feel like you have done something. The fact of the matter is the DNC list is a joke and there is NO amount of complaints that will get any action taken against these pricks. If the FCC had any balls at all they would of shut down a whole bunch of these scam calls....but they don't so we are stuck with all the calls. I would suggest any type of blacklist... either with you phone or via an app....there are many call blockers on the market, so maybe 59.00 is worth your peace of mind

Somehow the person found out that I had bought a used car with an expired warranty and wanted to sell me a new one.  I hung up.

This number calling is ridiculous

I just called it back and it is a recording saying call back monday through friday 7 am to 4 pm Pacific time

And it is 1:30 pacific time. What a joke these people are

When I told the scum trying to sell me an extended warranty for a car that doesn't exist that I was filing a formal complaint, he said, "Good, that's what I want you to do."  Then he hung up.

Great infomation here. I have proceeded with blocking (blacklisting) this number using the Android app "Call Control" provided by www.EveryCall.us   I have my settings at 'pick-up and hang-up' blocked calls.
The National registry is doesn't exist...

We are on National "do not call list" and they still keep calling,even though I have ask then many times to remove our number from their list. Obviously no one is enforcing the do not call list so what's the point.

I didn't pick up since I've been getting a barrage of the interest rate & Disney vacation scams lately so I screen all these "unknown" CID's.

This was a scam call attempting to have me purchase an unnecessary extended warranty for my car.   They had my name, phone number, year, make and model of my car but falsely claimed that the existing warranty on the car had expired.   You should NOT do any business with this scam artist!
