Company I got the loan from and they gave me a completely different company name and number to contact. The people who called me claimed to be calling from a law form Peterson and something it other and did recall some of my info about the loan back to me.s I will be reporting them to the bbb and my state attorney's office ASAP.

I received a call from this number last week saying that it was pertaining issuing a warrant for arrest in my home state, which I no longer live, if I didn't make payment on a defaulted loan... I called the loan com

I got a call from this number too stating that they were coming to my home and "serving me with a summons." and if I wasn't there at the time (between 2 and 4 p.m. the following day) a "warrant for my arrest" would be issued.  I called back and they don't even identify who they are in their phone tree.  If this is a debt collection company then someone should sue them for illegal practices.  He made it sound like I had committed a crime!  What a piece of .. you know what.  I can't report him because I don't know who they are!  I'll do a little more research.  

They pretend to be a legitimate legal business. They totally aren't. They're debt collecting low-lifes. They're amateur and aggressive. They'll keep calling, even if you're the wrong number. I strongly urge anyone who gets a call from this number to report them to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and your state Attorney General.

The number these guys want me to call back is an 888 number.  I plugged that into the search on this website and it comes up First National Arbitration Services.  Although they say they are called AEG.  

I already spoke with FNAS and told them to serve me papers.  That was last week.  Now they are calling me from this number.

Don't give them any info... it's a pain, but just ignore the number, or answer and hang up.  It's just a recorded message anyway.

They are calling all kinds of phone numbers seeking Social Security numbers and such. I did not respond and when I told them to take me off the calling list, I got told to "shut my mouth". To which I told him I was going to call the local police and hung up on him.

Som kind of scam collecton agency goes by both Peterson and Swartz (claims to be a law office) and also FDRS

I got a call from this number asking me for my Social Security Number, ect. for "tax documentations" and "monies owed to me". I knew it was a crock of crap, and when the cornhole thug-Gangsta called me back, he got nasty, belligerant and said, "you people, Im going to keep calling you until I get the information I want." I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General. ****DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER***

This number has called me several times- each time I was gone the message mumbled over the name they are trying to contact, I am guessing to try to cover all bases.  I have no problems that they might be addressing, and am really annoyed at the continued calls

I too got a call from this # advising me to "dial 1" to speak with an associate. Upon pressing 1 the guy started asking for my name, and some number. When I asked who it was that called me he got really aggressive and hung up. So I called back, again the guy would not tell me who he/ they are and said if I wouldn't give him my name he'd hang up again (which he did). The 3rd time he said "I gave you a chance, you want to be a smart a** then I'll hang up on you again and we'll see you in court", to which I replied "what the hell are you talking about?!". He started running his mouth AGAIN and I hung up.
My guess, they are Bill/ Debt Collectors who had the wrong number and decided to be "telephone tough guys". My advise (IF you do answer) DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.... let them talk their trash and end the conversation. In Texas, you can not be dragged in to court unless you are contacted by either and Attorney OR a Constable. Something these scum obviously don't know.... or they're betting on people not knowing that and they're trash talk scares you.
I personally can't wait till these scum get what they got coming to them!

This was a recorded message that urged me to call immediately to clarify some issue involving an income tax issue related to the number. It is a cell phone and I have had this number for ten years and never had a tax issue so I am assuming it is some sort of scam. Really resent it calling my cell which is on the do not call list.
