The lady Ann who calls from this number is very rude. I have personally ask her not to call which she did over and over. I wish that I can report her to the BBB but there is no other information about this number are what she does.

my wife keeps getting a phone call from 281-447-9779 Ms.karen saying they now own are water dep. and that she owes money from a year ago but they wont tell her anything about the company. and then they keep calling saying that if she dont pay them right now they will come pull my water meter they wont stop calling us so we finaly reported to the local police dep. and are lawyer . we also would pay a debt if we owed it but we new nothing about it till now has anyone eles got any ugly phone calls from them and they tell you pay now or such and such will happen contact police dep. fast dont pay them no money Know one knows who they are.

I keep getting a call from 281-447-9779 (they also have another number 281-447-9765) a Ms. Ann Kerr, she has called my place of business for the past 3 days at least 4-8 times per day even after I told her not to call back at my office on the first day.  You can send a CEASE & DESIST letter which you can easily find samples on the internet by using a search web site.  Jay is right, the address is: 505 North Sam Houston Parkway East, Suite 120, Houston, TX 77060 if anyone needs to send them a letter.  BE SURE THAT YOU SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL WITH A RETURN RECEIPT!!!!  If they are harrassing you as they are me, you can also report them to your local Sheriff's department.  Oh, also they refused to give me their Name (business and person calling), a case or account number, just that they expected me to pay some $300 something over the phone immediately.  I've already sent the letter and contacted my lawyer, if I do have any outstanding debts, I certianly do not mind paying them, but to the company to whom it is owed, not any Blow-Joe who could do anything with my money, cc info, or however else I could have made a payment to them.
