Claimed to be from Bank of America.
Heated exchange, I refused to put my wife on the line.
I said do not call. He said that she had to request that they not call.
I told him that she was not a customer. He said that he would note that.
I used non-polite language and hung up.

Called, no message left

Got the same call from 281-469-2802 .  Since many reported this being from Bank of America, I called the toll-free number on back of card and asked the representative to removed me from all solicitations.

They called wanting to give me a free credit report.  They had my name and address.  Upon verifying, they wanted to read "the fine print", which included an "if you decide to cancel, just call" note.
Basically, they are selling credit monitoring services.  This is a scam - they Bank of America was doing this "because they care", when in actuality, they are doing it to con unknowing people into signing up for paid services.

Called, asked for spouse who wasn't in.  Said so.  Hung up on me.

Get this call at least 3 to 4 times a week.  The caller always hangs up after I say hello. This is getting very annoying.

They are telemarketers from Bank of America offering products like card protection, insurance, etc.  If you put your number on their do not call list, they may still call you as long as you are a BOA customer and opted to receive product offers.

Claimed to be BOA. They asked for my husband. I said "not in." They hung up. The very same day, someone had tried to breach into our bank account via online.

Called, left no message.  Thanks for this website. I check it whenever an unknown call comes my way.

I get calls from 281 469 2802 which only shows 469 2802 IC LLC on caller I.D.
I don't answer because I don't know these jack ass's.  What a nucience all these unwanted phone calls are.  I just hope that they get unwanted calls on their home phones.

Get daily calls from this number.  Finally answered, they asked for a name I've never heard of and when I NICELY said so, the person hung up on me.  I tried to call back and was given an option to enter my phone number to be put on their "do not call" list but it will not accept my number!!!

Have received 5 phone calls in last 3 days, no one there when I answer.  very annoying especialy at 9:00 on a Sat. morning.  they do not leave a message.

This number calls daily. When I pick up, ask for my husband and told he's not in, they hung up before I get a chance to find out who are they.Very annoying!

Nobody is there when I answer.  Never leave a message either.They called sunday morning at 8:00 am. and call 3-4 times daily.They start on the dot at 8AM. I thought collections per fair credit act can only call M-Fr 8AM to 9PM? Has the LAW changed??

calling hanging repeated so trying per comcast *67 which blocks the last person that called. If this works it will be a miracle.

Am on the "National Do No Call List" 6-7 years now! Also known as the list telemarketer use for financial gaines - What the h### is going on.  I can't go a day without some dumb #### trying to scam me on my land line or now some credit union scan texting me on my cell #.

They call me all the time I have to wait for them to answer and they start out by saying they are from BANK OF AMERICA and they have one of my last 4 numbers of my cedit card and want to send me my free credit report from them  a 30 day free trial. NO THANK YOU BANK OF AMERICA YOU GET ENOUGH FROM THE GOVERNMENT

I tried to converse with the person and they would just continue reading where they just left off.

Answered call from this number and immediately was hanged up by the caller. Searched the number and the caller is from Satsuma, TX?? It is the second time from this location, could be the same number, as well. What is the point of calling if you are hanging up?!

They call my business and when I answer they say nothing and hang up. It's like a child's prank except I can hear voices in the background. The most inefficient call center ever!

they have been calling and do not leave a message on recorder. i did talk to someone there and they said that they were from the bank of america, wanted to know if i wanted anti-theft protection on my credit card. i told them no and do not call back, they keep calling. i am on the no-call list but they don't seem to care.

Call, caller ID says Out of Area.  Initial dead air, then human bill collector asks for whomever they're after.
