**Major Scam**
Called repeatedly. I finally answered and after their intro I asked for a copy of their 501 (c)(3) since as a "charity" they should be non-profit. The guy hung up. They called a day later and I asked for their EIN since I could not find them on the GuideStar Charity Check. The guy cussed me, then hung up. They've been at this for years. I've been called by them from other numbers in the past.

Got the same call, was an a** to my wife when she asked why they where calling me. Here is what intelius.com had. Thinking about stopping after work :)

Somebody called saying they are from Coalition of police and sherrifs. Asked whether I would like to donate $500 for the Houston police Union. When I said I dont have that much money to donate he got really abusive calling me a Bi***. I dont think these are real police Union people. Probably some scammers. I have been getting calls from this number for about a year and half now. Real Police officers dont abuse their citizenry with such profanity. On other thoughts, if these were indeed real cops, Then I guess Its time we get the hell out of Houston. Can somebody please Help.?

They said they were the "Coalition of Police" and were trying to sell police stickers to scare the crooks away. I played along out of curiosity, and they asked if I wanted to do 4 stickers again. Never heard of these people. I'd be a real big hero to buy one of the larger stickers for $1,000. They got my name from a new business listing - I asked them to remove it.
