he calls every day!!! Who's this guy????

Calls ALL the time.  I wish he would remove me from his list. Have asked several times and am told "I'm new".

Just calls.  There is not a message and when you call back it is busy.

his home telephone number is 28188553458. i called him tonight, spoke to what seemed to be his wife. i politely said that I received a call, am on the DNC list, have no prior business with them, and would become angry and litigious if it happened again.

She seemed to take it very seriously. I told her to take my number off their list, but that I wouldn't give them my number, they'd just have to take off all their illegal numbers to be sure.

Honestly, I think it's just fair game to harass him at home like he does us.

Repeat nuisance caller. No message.

Go to DO NOT CALL site and report to PUC - maybe, just maybe, someone will do something to shut this clown down.

We get regular calls from Tom Carmichael @ 280-550-8825.  What part of the fact that we do NOT answer his calls is he not getting?  Everyone should go to DO NOT CALL site and report him - maybe, just maybe he'll get the hint when Greg Abbott (AG) or someone from his goon squad shows up!

I googled Discount Contractors and found this email address:  tcarmi1038@sbcglobal.net
I emailed Tom to please, please stop the annoying phone calls and immediately rec'd the following message:
"I will remove your number from the call list. It is a computer.  It does not leave a message. You will not recieve any more calls.  Sorry for any inoconvience it may have caused you.  Tom Carmichael"

Same story.  I get repeated calls from number 281 550 2825 with a Caller ID of Tom Carmichael.  Recording identies company name of Discount Contractors. I'm sick of it.

6/14/08, Have gotten several of these call this month and have reported him last year as well, as we rec'd similar calls every few weeks.  What a pain..

Check out the internet phone pages and you'll find Thomas Carmichael and Discount Construction share a common address but different phone numbers.  Same person????

I called back and received the sound of the computer dialing a number.  By speaking, I enacted the recorded message identifying the company as Discount Contractors.  They give the number (281)550-0171 as a call-back number.  I received a recording on which you are to leave your name, number, etc. for the company and Tom Carmichael to call back.

I've been receiving these calls for over a year.  The Do-not-call lists don't seem to work.  I got through when calling back once.  It was a recording for a company of independent home contractors. Most of the time the number is busy (calling more numbers) or the voice mail box is full.

Same here.  Would like to know who is using that name and phone number.

Keep getting these phone calls from Tom Carmichael 281-550-2825 and get no response on the other end.  When I call back the is a busy signal. This happens @ least several times a week.
