This is Capio Partners (another debt collector).  Their address is:

They were trying to collect an old medical bill.  I informed these people that the statute of limitations  had expired on this bill, the person on the line told me there was no such thing.  I told him to sue me (which can be dismissed) or issue me a 1099 (which can be done as the debt could be counted as income).  All I got was a click as he hung up.  Also I recommend a recorder to get these people on record.

This number calls me numerous times throughout the day and im tired if being harrassed.

This is Capio Partners. When I called them back from another line than the one they called me on, they first want me to hold, waiting for their next available representative - as though it makes sense to call someone and ask them to hold before you even speak to them!

When someone did come on the line, he asked me for the number they called. I told him that I wanted to know who is calling me and about what. He wouldn't say. I told him that I don't give out personal information to someone when I don't know them or even who they are. I said that I placed this call to get information, not give it. He again asked for my phone number and name. He asked why I wouldn't want to give it. I asked him if there is some reason that he doesn't want to give me information about who he is or his company is. He said it would be illegal for him to give me that information, but I could learn about their company by visiting their website, www.capiopartners.com if I want.

I have no doubt this is some medical collections outfit based on the website. They are a bunch of pathetic losers - as is anyone in that business, medically related or not.

It's sort of interesting to turn their tactics around on them and watch how they squirm to avoid answering the same questions they ask.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

I got a call from this number as well and its a bill collector for either a Hospital or a Doctors office they wouldn't give me any information on the account until I verified my name and D.O.B. w/ them or confirm my address... Like I told the guy I refuse to give information over the phone to a complete stranger he then told me he would notate the account that I was being difficult I told him to notate as well that I will not give out personal information to a stranger and hung up on him...
