Got a call at 10 a.m. on a Saturday. Picked up and answered.  No reply.  Caller hung up.

Possible telemarketer, return call states they have do not disturb activated.

Called our Sugar Land home number at 7:38 pm, no voice, hung up when I answered.  Never again.  They can KMA

Got a call at 5:40 PM. Asked for my husband or me and then hung up. I tried to call back. A message says, nnumber not accepting any calls.

I get a call from this number at least once a day; usually when I am not home; no message left.  When I answer the phone, I only hear an echo of my own voie.  When I called the number back, I get a recorded message that states "this phone is on sleep and not taking calls" -- whatever that means.

Who owns this number?

Another call from a Troll in Mont Belvieu, TX.  Second night in a row - but same geographic area.  Use Whitepages.com reverse lookup to find them on the map.  Then use Google Maps to get a picture of the neighborhood.  I say we stake-out the damn location and wait for the troll to come out its house.
