I recieved a call from same caller, claiming the exact same thing.

Just received a summons..  Suit over a compass account.  I thought they couldn't sue in texas.  This is a major pain in the a**.

They call my work after I tell them not to and then today leave me a message saying since I haven't called them back for me "to hope for the best but prepare for the worst"!!    They make it sound like a law firm...all so professional.  They love to harass and make threating remarks to scare you.  All I can say is "bring it on"!!!

Received a call with unclear message "concerning a legal matter" regarding a mortage with company unknown to me. My credit report and Lifelock is not confirming this. Will not call them back obviosly a scam artists.

It's obvious you can't spell.  If you do have contracts to real accounts, then you probably bought them for 0.5 cents on a dollar!  Try sending mail statements instead of threatening people with fake law firms over the phone jack a**!  By the way you also need to stop calling dead people!

First off lets be honest with ourselves Mr. Born American..  In this generation of entitlement, the MAJORITY of people that do not pay their just and legal debts, are NOT even victims of hardship.  Only victims of their own irresponsibility.  Then instead of taking responsibility for their own actions, or lack there of..  They elect to blame other people for their inability to fullfill their own contractual obligations.  These are credit cards, NOT gift cards, and YES you can be sued for breach of contract if you fail to pay what you are contractually obligated to.
Most good americans pay their bills.  But there are a growing mount who do not, and just don't care.  You are exceedingly naive if you believe otherwise.  Quit complaining and start looking for solutions..  You just may find some.

This Company PV Capitol uses scare tactis and harrassing phone call's to let you belive when the call that they are a Law Firm Reguarding a Legal matter and when you ask them question about like what law firm they avoid answering any questions you ask them. I guess PV stands for Probation Vocation at the Capitol using sex offenders to make call's, One of new Goverment's Programs

This P V Capital Phone number 281-653-1135 is calling me about  some one who lives across the street from me.  But will not tell me whats its about or what they would like for me to do....

They called me at 7:30 am trying to find my sister and told me this was not a debt collection call.

Caller claims they own an credit card account that I owe on. There nothing on my credit report backing up this claim. They are threatening legal action for 1200 with sound very stupid to me. They are calling all the time and I am thinking about changing my number. They also told me they reached me online before contacting me. They wanted me to give them full amount owed right away by direct withdrawl. I have asked repeatly for conformation though mail, but they only sent me a agreement form to sign, but no proof backing up the accout.

called left message saying a legal  matter has crossed his desk. and to call the 800 number when he is a sugarland, houston number.
