calls couple times a month - right after 8am and before 9pm - spells out the name of person they are calling letter for letter which is automated...then says call Apex...searched on different website and found comment that it is a Brandon Campbell from Apex Mgt on behalf of Crown Asset Mgt..we are on do not call list...and from reading comments like mine on different sites the do not call list is a joke and waste of time and effort

I didn't recognize the number so I let the machine pick it up...no message. I haven't seen this number before so I Googled it and found this site. Apparently it's a new bothersome number.

If I wanted to call them back, I would. They are a idiot collection company, who preys on bad debts. Thats how they make money. But, like many collections companies in the USA, they are very close to be shut down by the states attorney general office.

This place calls two or three times a week and has a reording that says if you listen to this it means they have the right phone number and wants me to call them back. This is what is left on the answering machine. I never answer the phone anyway if I don't reconize the phone number with out of area on the ID. Everyone and their dogs has gone to computer generated calls and most of the time if you do answer it is a dead call and nobody will talk or anything. Being on the no call list is a joke because these idiots ignore the list and call anyway because they know nothing will be done about it. We can't even block them from calling. They have all those scam collection things that think if they bug you enough we will pay something we don't owe just to stop the calls and the same with the sales calls. There is laws against phone harrasment but who the hell is enforcing it.

Said he is from Apex Financial Management and it's regarding a bedt collection.
