Go F yourself, your asshat company has not lent any money to anyone, you buy old charged off accounts and try to scam people into paying on loans that will have zero affect on their credit.

Debt Collector
These bozos have called 4 days in a row - the first three were a recorded message looking for someone with the same last name (Brown... kinda common) but a first name for someone I don't know. I press the option for "wrong person" and it hangs up. Today they just hung up when I answered. Getting tired of this BS.

Any legitimate business will leave a voice mail. Only scam artists and scumbag debt collectors will try to fool you into giving them information and more reason to harass you. I don't answer ANY call from a number I don't recognize. If the call TRULY is important, whoever it is will leave a voicemail msg.

Side note to anyone who believes people who are not paying their debt now are deadbeats. I had $120,000/yr professional job, owned a home and two rental properties, and had 750+ credit rating (all 3 credit agencies) for over 20 years. ALWAYS paid on-time. Lost my job and haven't been able to find another (except service jobs at/near minimum wage) for OVER 3 years. I'm over 60 which makes it VERY hard to find work. I am over-qualified for just about every job that comes along. And on 2 jobs that I was an excellent fit for, the recruiter wouldn't submit me because I didn't have RECENT experience!!!???!!! Screwed, screwed and screwed! I even work in IT industry where there are good jobs. You can blame the banks and financial industry for gambling with our mortgages while they raked in billions in interest and fees for MANY years. The average working person.is not to blame.

A lady, with that number, called me and said that she works for Bank of America.  She asked me to verify the last four digits of my SSN and my birthdate.  I said, "No, I don't give that personal information."  She asked me for my address.  I told her my address, and she said that's not the address, in their records.  I've lived here since Sept. 2008.  She asked for my last address.  I told her that one, and she said that address isn't in their records.  I used Bank of America credit cards, 2002-'10.  If she was really calling from Bank of America, she would have had both of those addresses.  She asked for my last four and birthdate, again.  I said, "I won't give that personal information unless you give me details about why you called."  She said, "I can't do that until I verify that you're the correct person."  I said, "I won't tell you."  She said that she'll write that.

Hey guys...I got a call from this number today but didn't recognize it so I let it go into voicemail. They did not leave a message. I do not owe any debt to anyone so I would love to know why they are calling my personal cell phone? I pay all my bills on time and have no credit card debt. I finally paid that all off several months ago and I was on time the whole time anyway so nobody should have been calling me. I am happy to say I am finally debt free aside from my car which will be paid in a year. (I listened to Dave Ramsey cds about money) I finally got a job after 2 years of being unemployed so do not give up. I prayed repeatedly and never stopped my tithes to charity even on unemployment. God's economy is different from ours, with him all things are possible and he has a great way of how to handle money if we just surrender. I am finally listening to him. I never thought I would get out of the pit I was in. I was in deep and I was so depressed and so frustrated. I had bad thing after bad thing happen to me. It becae a running joke with my family and friends it got so ridiculous. I finally had a breakthrough and when it happened it was unbelievable. Seriously. I was out of debt within a month of my breakthrough. God is good. All the time. I am praying that everyone on this site gets provided for in the way that they need. God bless.

I got a call from this number claiming to be Bank of America and needed to discuss my Bank America credit card.  When I told the person I did not have a Bank of America credit card she then asked for my birthdate to verify the information.  I refused to give this information and asked for a supervisor so I could verify that this was indeed Bank of America.  When the supervisor came on the name of the person they asking for all of a sudden had a different middle initial then mine.  All very suspicious to me.  So I recommend to NOT give any personal information if they contact you.

They keep calling here too, for a debt that isn't mine in any form or fashion, and they have been told repeatedly that the individual they are looking for doesn't live here.  I even gave them the correct contact information the first two times they called, and they don't care.  They still keep calling here.

I've already reported them to both the FTC and the Florida Attorney General's office, and now I'm writing them a cease-and-desist letter.

They're really a disgusting, ethic-less company.

Received one call today from this number, five or six over the last couple weeks, and they only left a message once.  I never heard of the place they say they are, so even though they have my name, I won't waste my phone minutes picking up their lousy calls.  These people need to STOP!

These people need to be stopped.  We are paying trillions of dollars to government to deal with these kinds of abuses.  What the hell are they doing with the money?

Obviously this has been reported to the FTC for YEARS now.  But it is still going on?  What the hell are we paying taxes for?

I am getting repeated calls to my cell phone from these jerks.  I don't answer and they leave no message.  It can't be legitimate because I have never been late with a payment on anything in my entire life.  I owe nothing to anyone and have never had any business with any debt collector.  I have had this same cell phone number for 8 years, so if it is about the person who had the number before me, that's going back pretty far.

They have been reported to the FTC.  They know why they are.  Why aren't they in JAIL by now!

The FTC will take care of the matter if you can show a patter. We run about two weeks behind in paying our mortgage. The phone calls start after day one and they will call 6 to 7 times a day. Because the loan is in my wifes name, they will not talk to me. They hang up on me and if I don't answer, they will not leave a message. We have tried to work out changing our due date and they wont. We reported them to the FTC and the phone calls stoped to once a day and they started leaving messages. So if you can show a misuse by the company, they will take care of them.

If your FMA Alliance then why does the BBB have so many complaints about you and you don't answer ligimate questions. For example, why do you NOT report any collections on credit reports like your supposed to or call at all hours of the day and night without regards to the time zone.. Then on top of that you tell military members that you will ensure they lose their rank which is illegal. STOP THE DAMN LIES AND START TELLING THE TRUTH... This is pathetic that you put out there the Fair Credit Act yet you can't even follow it yourself. What the hell kind of company does that without regards to the federal law?? THAT WOULD BE FMA ALLIANCE.......
