Scam     these people continually called my home and work# demanding a payment on a loan. When i said i didn't have a loan they threatened to continually call my work on all 4 lines from 7:30am -5pm all day every day for 45days Mon - Fri

Just this morning started calling asking for my coworker.  Spam called from multiple numbers, and refused to say who he was or where he was calling from.  He started yelling profanity at us and tied up our phone lines for two hours!  We are a small business that relies on our phones to do our business.  We are filing a complaint with the FCC.  When my coworker called the number back, it comes up as disconnected.  This is like a DDOS attack, but with phones instead of websites.  Hopefully these posts will help to track them down.

The same thing happened to me on 09-10-13, first called and asked for me, without my co-worker knowing all about the phone call, she placed him over to me. From that point on it was well over an hour of non stop calls tieing up multiple lines,well over 50 calls within that first hour. I finally got so upset and beside myself I called the police and reported them. After numerous attempts to block that # from our corp office, after taking off our phone service after our lunch hour they tried again, but this time using 00000 #'s. I then again called the police back and said it was happening again. The police feel they are actually working over seas and getting these #'s and then taping and drawing in on ppl like us. The persons name he used w me is Randy McGuire. Also was using the phone # 1-917-522-1822. After I got done work I attempted to call these #'s to give them a piece of my mind and both #'s at that point said they were out of service or disconnected. So yes I totally agree with SCAM SCAM SCAM and it will be stopped even if I have to report this to "CRIME STOPPERS" ON MY LOCAL NEWS STATION which indeed I plan on doing and taking more of an action and going to my local congressman and even possible the president of the us. THIS MUST BE STOPPED NOW!!!!!!!

They claim to be working for a online cash advanced company. Did you ever get one of those?

Said they were trying to contact on a cash advance I never paid back but refused to send me and documentation on it unless I paid the balance first. Very rude. Had a old email I haven't used since high school

We have had the same experience.  Calling for one of our employees over and over well over 100 times over the weekend and this moring within a 6 minute span he has called more than 25 times calling and hanging up when not allowed to speak to the employee.  The phone number was Private but we did get the number from his "supervisor" Simon Hawk 281-671-5377. When I called the "supervisor" it was much of the same thing.  When the guy called back I told him I called his supervisor and he became irate screaming I do not call his supervisor because it is none of my business. They called from another number 213-271-1644 over the weekend, when I called that number it has been disconnected.

They have literally called my job every 15 minutes for 2 days.  They tie up all lines for hours on hours even after they were given my lawyer and my cell phone number.

I filed a complaint with FTC and FBI. Same issues.

These people called BFS Investigations keep calling my job leaving threating messages-someone named Steve Adams. I have no idea what they could want.

SCAM, scam, scam! Oh did I mention this is a relentless fraudulen

They will be caught! Ihave had numerous threats and consistant back to back calls from different numbers of these people and Ive read about other people having same issues. It will take someone seriou enoigh to track these people down and literally stop their operation. Someone PLEASE STEP UP!
Wish I knew enough to try.
All the complaints to the ftc and dfi I sometimes wonder if they really can do anything about it.
Has anyone put a complaint out got a positive result?
